The Palace Theatre
John Eberson, architect
1924-25
The Palace Theater closed at the beginning of
1972. It has been the subject of several failed rehabilitation
attempts, including one in 1987 where three physicians purchased it at
a tax sale for $30,000. The theater is still standing but continues to
decay.
